1) Where is the event being held?
  • Locate the event in which you are interested and click on the event title
  • A pop up will appear with the event location details

2) How do I get to the event? I need directions?
  • Locate the event in which you are interested and click on the event title
  • A pop up will appear with the event location detail
  • Highlighted in blue there will be a link to Map this Location on Mapquest.com

3) How do I cancel my seat?
  • Click on Login from the left menu
  • Login with your email address and password and click on Submit
  • Click on Edit/Cancel Registration from the left menu
  • The events that you are registered for will appear
  • Check off the attendee(s) names that you wish to cancel
  • Once the name(s) is check, you can click on Cancel Selected Registrant(s)
  • After you click on Cancel Selected Registrant(s) it will ask again if you wish to cancel and remind you of the cancellation policy
  • At the bottom of the screen click on Cancel Registrant(s)
  • A verification of the cancelled seat will be on the last page. A cancellation notification email will follow.
  • Please Log Out after you have cancelled your seat

4) How do I change the registration details?
  • Click on Login from the left menu
  • Login with your email address and password and click on Submit
  • Click on Edit/Cancel Registration from the left menu
  • The events that you are registered for will appear
  • Check off the attendee(s) names that you wish to Edit
  • Click on the Edit button located on the right side
  • Type in First Name, Last Name, and Email address and Select a Job Title from the drop down box provided.
  • NOTE: If you do not select a Job Title, it will not let you proceed further.
  • Click on Update Registrant Information
  • Please Log Out after you have completed your task

5) How do I update my account details?
  • Click on Login from the left menu
  • Login with your email address and password and click on Submit
  • Click on Edit Account from the left menu
  • Adjust the appropriate information in your profile
  • Click on Submit
  • Please Log Out after you have completed your task

6) What kind of material will be covered?
  • Locate the event in which you are interested and click on the course name/event title
  • The next page will display the Workshop Details which outlines the course syllabus

7) What time does the event start and end?
  • Locate the event in which you are interested and click on the event title
  • A pop up will appear with the event times
  • Alternatively, you will receive information on the event details in a confirmation email once you have registered for the event.

8) Do I have to bring anything to the event?
  • Unless otherwise stated on the site and in the confirmation email, you are not required to bring anything to the event

9) Once I have placed myself on the waitlist, how do I double check to make sure that I am still on it?
  • Click on Login from the left menu
  • Log in with your email address and password and click on Submit
  • Please note that if someone else other then yourself placed your name on the waitlist (ie. logged it under their email address), it will then be associated with their profile and not yours. Therefore in order to view this, you would have to log out and login with the email address used to reserve a place on the waitlist.
  • Once you have logged in select Waitlist Status from the left hand menu
  • The following page will display your waitlisted events
  • Your information will remain waitlisted until a seat becomes available
  • DO NOT click on Delete Event unless you want to remove yourself from the waitlist

NOTE: If you waitlisted for an event but did not create an account on the system, you will not be able to verify your waitlisted seat. However, if you create a profile using the same email address you used to waitlist for the event, you should be able to follow the above steps to see your waitlist status. Click on the Login/Create Account link on the left menu to setup an account.

10) How does the waitlist work and where can it be found?
  • If a event is Sold Out, the registration status will display a link that reads Event Full - Put me on the Waiting List
  • Click on this link and provide the requested information
  • Once you are placed on the waitlist, you will remain waitlisted until you are notified of a seat availability or you remove yourself from the waitlist, whichever comes first
  • If/when a seat does become available, the first person on the waitlist will receive an email informing them that a seat has become available. Within the email is a link to claim the available seat by confirming your registration. The recipient of the email will have until the next business day to claim the seat or the next person on the waitlist will be notified by the same method.
  • You will know if a seat is no longer available to you if, when you click on te link provided, the resulting event indicates Sold Out.
  • Once you have received an email regarding the free seat you will be automatically removed from the waitlist so that you will not receive additional emails notifying you when seats become available.
  • You can put yourself back on the waitlist by following the instructions above

11) How much does the event cost?
  • Locate the event in which you are interested and click on the course name/event title
  • The cost of the event is displayed under the Event Details section

12) Why did I receive a cancellation notice when I didn't cancel my seat?
  • If the person who registered you for an event cancels your registration, then you will receive a cancellation notice even though you did not cancel yourself from the event.
  • If your name is registered more then once for the same event, we reserve the right to cancel one or more of your registrations to accommodate others who may be waitlisted for a sold out event.

13) Will I be receiving event material at the event?
  • All event material will be provided to you on the day of the training.

14) Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the training?
  • Not all events will conclude with a Certificate of Completion. If a certificate is to be provided, these will be distributed on the last day of the event.

15) Why do I need to create another account if I already have a passport account?
  • This information collected by this registration site requires a few more details than what was provided in your passport account. You may use your same email as your passport account to login but you will need to register on this site in order to provide us with some additional details before your registration can be processed.

16) Why am I not allowed to register?
  • Because of the limited number of seats available for these events, sometimes limits are placed on the number of people per company who are allowed to register.

17) Where do I find an Promo Code?
  • Not all events have Promo codes but if one applies, it is most likely mentioned in the invitation you received regarding the training

18) I am having problems with the site. How can I get help?
  • We are available to assist with registration from 9am - 9pm EST.
  • Please email you enquiries to Info@MSRegistration.com. You will receive a response within 1 business day.
  • If you have an order number, please ensure you quote it so that we can assist you more efficiently
